1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Venueza platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including venue owners, managers and staff members.

2. Description of Service

Venueza is a cloud-based venue management platform that provides booking management, customer relationship management (CRM), invoicing, double-entry accounting, staff management and reporting tools for auditoriums, wedding halls, convention centres and event venues.

3. Account Registration

To use Venueza, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Free Trial

Venueza offers a 7-day free trial with full access to Professional plan features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. Your data will be preserved during the transition.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of subscription. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, with changes taking effect immediately.

Annual subscriptions receive a discount equivalent to two months free. All prices are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid subscription. To request a refund, contact us at support@venueza.cloud. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Venueza. We will not access, use or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with the law, or as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorised persons

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Venueza platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venueza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or use.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.
